四，N签之后扔固执己见，找不到被拒原因

在签证者中，有好多人被拒签过，也有好多人被拒N次后，仍然被拒。为什么呢？因为他们没有去找被拒的根本原因，相反而是把被拒的原因归于签证官，觉得签证官拒人没有道理。他们总是期盼着自己能够遇到水车，一次放水就把自己pass了，可是以这种心态去签证的话，必定还会受挫。

Self-introduction:

MM, 23 yrs old, graduated from PKU in 2002, work in a famous multi-national

company now, get admission from UIUC Accounting.

First interveiw, April 2003, JFMM

(passed non-essential conversion)

V: How long have you worked in *** Company?

M: For 10 months.

V: What do you do?

M: As ****

（这里完全没必要等签证官问两个问题才把自己的职位和工作年限说出来。作为自己的优势方面，这里应该主动点说出来。）

V: Why do you want to pursue this program in UIUC?

M: Because this program is the best accounting program in the U.S and always be a top program in the world.

(太宽泛了，因为会计专业在中美两国之间存在着政策和制度上的差异，所以这里如果不能清楚细致的解释出原因，很可能签证官会怀疑。另外，我们也多次说过，在叙述这方面的时候应该从学校的软硬件方面条件来说，光靠排名说明不了什么问题。)

V: How many univ. did you applied?

M: 5, **Univ. also admit me and extends some financial aids to me.

V: Then why didnt you go to that univ.?

M: For Accounting in UIUC is the best in the U.S.

V: Do u have housing?

M: Housing is belong to my parents.

V: Show me your T and G. Im sorry I cant give you visa....

（这次签证，签证官考察的点比较少，只是在她专业上有所考察。不知道是不是这个签证者把其他有用部分删掉了。不过单从这些部分，看得出签证者做的也并不是很到位。）

Second Interview, April, 2003, HFMM

(passed non-essential conversion)

V: Who will pay for the expenses of this program?

M: My Parents. My father has a private ** company, and annual profit of which is over ** RMB each yr. My parents are also big customers in Future Business, so the expenses of ** program is really a small piece of their savings.

（这次签证一开始就直奔主题，毕竟这个签证真正的硬伤是在资金方面。不过从签证者的回答来看，她的准备还是不错的）

V: Whats your plan after graduation?

M: I will join my fathers company to become Finance Manager firstly, and after 3 to 5 yrs, I will take my fathers position as CEO.

（当然这种说法是没有问题的，可是因为她之前的工作并不是在她父亲的公司里做，所以这里她这么说就很难让签证官认同。既然你这么注重你的家族企业，为什么这一年多时间不去自己父亲的公司工作呢？所以有些话是不能直接拿来用的）

V: Will accounting knowledge from the U.S benefit your career in China?

M: Definitely. Actually there are many fields in accounting area. Financial accounting field is different in every country. But for management accounting field, the concept is same everywhere. Unmature interal management accounting systems are obvious defectd in most Chinese private companies such as my fathers company. For example.... So the knowledge and experience from UIUC** program will help my future career a lot.

（废话太多了，之前说的那些差异其实没有必要去讲，这反倒会让签证官误会，既然有这么多不同，那你还学这个干吗？）

V: (Nod) Do you have any relatives in the U.S?

M: No.

V: How many univ. did you applied?

M: 5, ** Univ. provide financial aid to me but I still choose UIUC, for I really want to pursue a top program.

（太过于强调钱了，让人感觉动机不纯，而且家里既然有钱的话，这里就别这么说了。）

V: Sorry I cant give you visa.

M: Why? pls tell me which requirement I dont match?

V: (didnt answer) I am really sorry..

（这次，签证者不但没有补上上次的漏洞，而且还在这次也欠下了帐。对于回国计划部分也没有叙述好。所以她才被拒掉）

erview, June. 5th, 2003, Big TT

M: Good morning, Sir. Do you want to see the checklist of my materials?

V: Not necessary. Why do you go to the U.S?

（其实她的毛病并没有出在资金上，经过两次签证，签证官基本上也就认为她在资金上没有问题了，所以签证官对他出示的清单没有太大兴趣）

M: to pursue....

V: Do you have relatives in the U.S?

M: No.

V: Whats yr plan after graduation?

（还是回到了归国计划的这个方面）

M: To join my fathers private company...

V: why not work for your Dad now?

（问题明朗化了，之前签证官怀疑的其实也是这个部分）

M: I work in ** company to accumulate advanced finance experiences in a multi-national company, which will be great help to my future career.

（这种说法难以说服签证官，你要做的是接手你父亲的产业，但你却不在自己父亲的公司里工作，当然说不过去了，与其去其他公司积累经验，倒不如利用这段时间去了解自己公司的情况。如果自己在外面工作的话，反倒不如不用自己家里的这个背景）

V: (Just inputing into computer)

M: My father has retire plan for he has serious heart disease, so..

V:( Interupt me) So you shouldnt go abroad.

M: Thats why I choose such a short program! for this is a very efficient way for me to accumulate enough knowledge and experience before join my fathers company! Actually I withdraw admission and financial aids from other program, which is much longer than this one, for I really want to come back soon to look after my father and his company!

（很失败的解释啊，你这么说很明显的就表现出你的出国动机并不是为了学习啊。为了早回来就压缩学习时间？那你是为了去学知识还是为了去那凑时间啊？再说人家问你的问题是“既然这样你就没必要出国了”显然文不对题啊。）

V: (silient, just typing)

M: Working for my fathers company can prove my value by 100%, for all the profit I create are totally belong to myself and my family! Moreover, it is the sense of achievement, that one can use his own efforts to make his own company become larger and larger..

（既然你在你父亲的公司工作能够发挥100％的价值，而且又那么有成就感，那你当初为什么不在你父亲公司工作呢？跟前面的又矛盾了）

V: I cant give you visa.

M: Why?

V: Your Chinese people never come back.

M: Their situations are different from me! If they have a profitable private company as me, they will choose to come back!

V: I dont believe. Your chinese should ask your Chinese! Your were denied 3 times, youve done!

通观这个签证者的三篇签经，我们可以看出，她并没有从根本上了解到自己犯的错误在哪，而且虽然看得出她之前做了很多准备，但是并没有好好的去思考，整个规划行不成一个体系。另外，她的话前后都存在着漏洞，虽然家庭背景和工作经验对她来说是个很好的解释的方面，但是一旦像她这样乱用，反而起不到好的效果。
